We use this information for one purpose only: to contact you about early access to Dr. Flow AI and to set up your account if you're accepted into the program. We use your WhatsApp number specifically because that's how we communicate with doctors during onboarding, by phone call or message, not as a marketing channel.
If you submit the early access form, we will contact you via WhatsApp to discuss your application and, if accepted, to set up your account. Messages will be sent by a member of the KliniqOS team directly. We do not use automated marketing broadcasts or add your number to any promotional list. WhatsApp communications are governed by WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to setting up your Dr. Flow AI account.
Your form submission is visible only to the KliniqOS team directly involved in doctor onboarding. We do not use third-party marketing or analytics tools that would share your contact details outside the company.
To operate this website and product, we use the following third-party service providers who may process your data as part of delivering the service:
Form submission data (your name, WhatsApp number, specialty, city) is stored in Supabase and is not shared with Sarvam AI, Gemini, or WhatsApp Business API. Those services are used only within the product itself, after onboarding.
If you're onboarded as a pilot doctor, your contact information becomes part of your account record and is kept for as long as you use Dr. Flow AI. If you submit a request but don't proceed further, we retain it for up to 90 days for follow-up purposes, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it at any time before then.
All data submitted through this website is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. While no system is completely immune to risk, we take reasonable and appropriate measures to safeguard your data.
